The Woman:

Emerilyn Suya was raised in a very conservative and religious type of a family in the southern part of the Philippines. Her parents being the good hearted native Filipinos have spent their time with their family while helping other people during the warfare at the same time. Back in the Martial Law days, young at the age of 14, she moved and live with her Uncle who is Engenier and a Teacher Aunt who both loved music and fashion. This was her first exposure to the trade.

Being exposed to business at a young age gave her the edge. She was just an arm’s length to goods that made her heart leap but could not have them unless she worked to earn it. She did not muse it as deprivation but rather a lesson that boost her enthusiasm to set her goals, to work hard, to reach her dream, and to never be afraid to try. She found her real passion – fashion.

Those were the times when it first inculcated into her fresh mind to not to worry about being poor at the time for tomorrow lies a new day where everything will be different. Where all of her hardships will fall into place and it will be time to reap what was sown.

Education was the first goal. She took their advice and did not stop despite the numerous detractors and dream stealers she met along the way. She went to college and it served as her primary investment on making her dream come true. Next was a bigger step: Independence and determination to fulfill the dream.

Emerilyn Suya : The Entrepreneur:

Emerilyn Suya, originally from the Philippines and been living abroad since 2001, is a new age entrepreneur with experience in e-commerce industry. From a very young age, she started working with different offline businesses, marketing local and international cosmetics and networking with fashion industry leaders. She then with her connoisseur persona and business instincts, traveled parts of Europe and South East Asia which further flourished her love for fashion.

Emerilyn Suya: The Trendsetter

At present, Emerilyn continuously develops and redefines her own style of clothing, apparel and accessories for both personal and business consumers. She also joins the Canadian based Fashion Design International College in the Philippines but her time is not enough.

She continue traveling for her inspirations and study online for sewing,drawing,pattern making and drafting.As a Fashion lover she is not all about designing she believes her spirits and health comes first and remind's herself that this is her hobby.
